Privacy
SmartPDFMerge is designed for a one-time task. You do not need an account, and the application does not keep a document history.
Your PDF files
Your browser sends the PDFs you choose to the SmartPDFMerge server so it can inspect, order, and merge them. Files and generated results are held only for the active request. They are not written to an application database or retained as a saved document history.
Optional analytics
When Google Analytics 4 is configured, it stays off until you select Allow analytics. If allowed, we record merge-flow events, counts, page totals, broad file-size ranges, durations, stable error codes, and the type of reorder action used.
We do not send filenames, PDF contents, raw file sizes, document identifiers, or account identifiers to analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga. Google controls its own processing and retention under the settings of the connected analytics property.
Your analytics choice
Analytics is currently off. You can allow it now or keep using only the required site functions.
Local preference storage
If analytics is configured, the site stores your analytics choice in this browser so it does not ask on every visit. Clearing browser storage resets that choice.
